I had such a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially Gabi, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The home cooked dinners were absolutely delicious and such great value for money. And breakfast? Fantastic! The variety of options available, from bacon and eggs to yogurt and juice, was just perfect. Plus, the fresh coffee was a hit for me.
I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The gardens were beautiful with lovely flowers. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved that the air conditioning worked well and the location was convenient. Plus, the staff was really helpful when we needed directions to local attractions.
Our Christmas experience was ruined by the loud and obnoxious guests who seemed to have no regard for other people staying in the same hotel. the staff did not make any effort to control the situation despite our complaints.

Had a lovely Christmas with welcoming staff and excellent home-made cooking. Enjoyed the spacious and quiet rooms with comfortable double beds, plus the beautiful gardens and gift shop. Convenient location close to vineyards and the Augrabies Falls National Park.
Limited dining options with a small menu and no room service. Some rooms lacked natural light and had outdated furnishings, while the main building was hard to find and had a confusing layout.

the airy rooms are quiet, spacious, and provide ample breathing space with their high ceilings. the breakfasts were scrumptious farm style cooking, and the gift shop provides quality, unique gifts. We enjoyed the self-help bar and amazing sunset views from the courtyard.
The limited menu for evening meals was a downside.
